A Graduate of Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte NC, Chef Tallent made a name for himself as one of the best chefs in the southeastern united states in over 15 years of professional culinary experience.
A Three-time James Beard Foundation Nominee, Chef Tallent has worked and trained in prestigious restaurants across the country including Michelin Star Daniel and Jean Georges in NYC and AAA 5 Diamond Peninsula Grill in Charleston, SC and has been the Executive Chef and Owner of Bon Vivant Culinary catering company in Charlotte since 2013.
With his highly awarded team, Chef Tallent provides both upscale-casual and exceptional fine dining to clients wherever they are, including but not limited to: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.
